Slow Cooker Snowballs

Slow Cooker Snowballs are the answer. With just a handful of simple ingredients, you end up with
bite-sized clusters of creamy white chocolate packed with flavor and texture. Even better—the slow cooker does
most of the work! Perfect for kids, parties, or holiday cookie trays.
Ingredients
- 2 (12 oz) bags white chocolate chips
- 1 cup slivered almonds
- 1 1/2 cups shredded coconut
- 1 1/2 cups Rice Krispie cereal
Preparation
- Melt the chocolate: Add white chocolate chips to slow cooker. Turn to LOW and cook for 30 minutes. Stir, then cook an additional 15–20 minutes until fully melted.
- Combine ingredients: Stir in slivered almonds, shredded coconut, and Rice Krispies until well coated.
- Keep warm: Leave slow cooker on LOW while scooping to keep mixture melted.
- Scoop: Use a greased cookie scoop to form balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Cool: Allow snowballs to cool completely, then store in an airtight container.
